AI allowance, without surprises

Automatic incident analysis keeps running when AI credits run out. Credits limit AI-written narratives, Deep RCA and other AI features; deterministic detection and root-cause ranking continue.

Trial and Team:
200 credits/day, including at most 40 Deep RCA calls and 20 playbook-import calls.
Growth:
500 credits/day, including at most 100 Deep RCA calls and 50 playbook-import calls.
Custom:
no per-workspace daily credit cap in the standard configuration; terms by agreement.

Credits reset at 00:00 UTC. Each successful model call uses one credit; background drafting, retries that return a response, and on-demand AI share the budget. A single action can make several calls. Sub-caps are part of the total, not extra credits. Shared service limits can also pause AI.

Team and Growth include 30-day retention for logs, metrics and traces (including RUM events); the trial has 14 days. A deployment-wide storage limit protects the service; if it is reached, the oldest data can expire sooner. What happens after 14 days?

After 14 days, ingest pauses. Existing data remains searchable until its 14-day retention window expires. The trial needs no card and never turns into a paid subscription automatically. Choose a paid plan when you are ready.

How do usage charges work?

Team includes 1 TB/month and Growth includes 4 TB/month. The published paid-plan overage rate is $0.20/GB. Your dashboard shows usage and estimated overage; an estimate is not an invoice. Daily ingest limits still apply. The trial cannot incur usage charges.

Do you charge for cardinality?

There is no separate charge for hosts, queries or unique field values. All supported signals count toward your volume allowance. Published ingest and query limits still apply.

Can I switch plans later?

Contact us to arrange a plan change. We will confirm when it takes effect and any charge or credit before making the change.

How does monthly or annual billing work?

Monthly plans renew each month. Annual plans are paid upfront and renew each year: Team is $2,149/year and Growth is $6,469/year. Prices are in USD. Review your billing interval, total and applicable taxes in Paddle checkout before paying.

How do I cancel?

Cancel through the subscription link in your Paddle receipt or contact Paddle buyer support. Cancellation stops the next subscription renewal; access continues through the current paid period. A refund is a separate request. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy for details.

Who handles payments and invoices?

Paddle is our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Use the link in your Paddle receipt for invoices and subscription management. Epok handles product support; our Contact & Billing Help page explains where to go.

What counts toward my volume?

One number across logs, metrics, traces, RUM, and replay. No per-signal SKUs, no cardinality surcharge.

Is ingest ever stopped?

The trial has a 73 GB/day hard cap and cannot incur overage. Paid plans accept metered overage at $0.20/GB up to a documented safety ceiling; requests above that ceiling receive a 429 until the daily window resets.
